Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from PatriotSupply.shop. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with the following policy. This Return and Refund Policy is consistent with EU consumer rights (including the 14-day withdrawal right) and other relevant laws.

1. Cancellation Right (14-Day Withdrawal for EU Customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union (or EEA/UK), you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This “cooling-off” period expires 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods. If your order consisted of multiple items delivered separately, the 14 days count from when the final item is delivered.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period expires. Please send a clear statement via email to support@patriotsupply.shop (or by post to our address) indicating your name, order number, and your decision to cancel. You may use our Model Withdrawal Form (see Section 5) for convenience, but it is not mandatory – any unequivocal written statement will suffice. We will promptly acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request by email.

Effects of Cancellation: If you cancel this contract within the 14-day period, we will refund all payments we received from you for the product(s) in question, including the standard delivery cost (if any) for sending the goods to you. If you ordered multiple items and are only returning some of them, we will refund the value and proportional standard shipping cost of those items. The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods back, or from the day you provide proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will carry out the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

2. Return Process and Conditions

After contacting us to initiate a return (either under the 14-day withdrawal right or as a standard return/exchange), please follow these guidelines:

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): We may provide you with an RMA number or return instructions. If so, kindly include any RMA form or at least write your order number and name on a note inside the return package to help us identify it.

Return Deadline: You must send off the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your return/cancellation. In other words, the return shipment should be postmarked no later than 14 days after you informed us of your decision. This timely dispatch requirement is in line with EU withdrawal laws.

Condition of Products: Please return items in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact, if possible. You can carefully try on or inspect an item to decide if you want to keep it (as you would in a physical store), but returning items that have been used beyond that permitted scope may result in a deduction from your refund for any loss in value. For example, if a t-shirt is returned with obvious wear, stains, or smells of perfume/smoke, or missing parts (like bonus accessories), we may reduce the refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is no longer saleable (except where returning a faulty product).

Packaging: If feasible, please use the original packaging to return the product. If that’s not available, pack the items securely in appropriate packaging to prevent damage in transit. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us, so we encourage insured/tracked shipping, especially for high-value items.

Return Shipping Costs:

If you are exercising the 14-day withdrawal right (change of mind): You (the customer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless we have agreed otherwise or we failed to inform you of this obligation. We do not provide return shipping labels for international returns under the cooling-off rule (unless explicitly offered). If the item cannot be returned by normal post (because of its nature), please contact us and we will try to assist, but generally standard return methods apply.

If you are returning a faulty or incorrect item: If the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped, etc.), we will bear the return shipping cost. We may either provide you a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs. Please contact us to arrange this.

If you are in the U.S. or outside EU (no statutory withdrawal right): We still want you to be satisfied. If you initiate a return for refund within 14 days of delivery, we will treat it similarly to the EU policy as a courtesy (unless local consumer law provides a longer period). However, return shipping will typically be at your expense (except for defects).

Insurance: The customer is responsible for the goods until we receive them. If the item is high-value, consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot issue a refund for returns that we do not receive, so tracking and insurance protect you in case of carrier issues.

3. Exchanges and Replacements

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, a different size or color), the easiest way is often to place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund. This ensures the replacement item is reserved for you and shipped quickly. However, you can also contact us to discuss an exchange. If the item is in stock, we may be able to do a direct exchange once we receive the returned item. In cases of defective or incorrect items, we will offer to send a replacement at our cost, if available, instead of a refund if you prefer.

For exchanges due to size/color preferences (i.e. not due to defect), you will generally need to cover the return shipping to us, and we will cover the cost of sending the exchange item back out to you (for one exchange per order). If multiple exchanges are requested, additional shipping fees might apply.

Please note: Some products (e.g., limited edition items) may sell out, so an exchange might not be possible. In such cases, we will process a refund.

4. After the Return – Inspection and Refunds

Once your returned package reaches us, our team will inspect the items. We aim to process returns within 5-7 business days of receipt. We will then issue your refund or exchange as follows:

Refunds: Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card or debit card, the refund will go to the same card (it may take a few business days for your bank to reflect it). If you paid by PayPal, the refund will go to your PayPal account. Klarna refunds will be processed through Klarna (adjusting your payment schedule or issuing a refund to you depending on what you have paid). We will send you a confirmation email when we have processed the refund.

The refund amount will include the product price and any VAT that was charged, and if the entire order is returned, we will also refund the initial shipping fee you paid up to the cost of our least expensive shipping option. Example: if you paid €10 for expedited shipping but standard shipping was €5, we refund €5 in shipping if the whole order is returned.

If you returned only part of an order, normally the initial shipping cost is not refunded (unless the items were faulty).

Deductions: If the item’s value has been diminished by your handling (beyond what is reasonable to inspect it), we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to reflect that loss in value. We will document the issue and communicate it to you if this situation arises. This doesn’t apply if the loss in value is solely due to necessary handling to examine the item.

Replacements/Exchanges: If we agreed on sending a replacement product or different variant, we will ship that to you as soon as we have processed your return. We will email you a new tracking number. If the exchange item has a different price (e.g., you exchange for a higher-priced item), we will arrange additional payment with you. For lower-priced exchanges, we can refund the difference.

We strive to make the refund process as quick and smooth as possible. If you have not received a refund within the expected time after our confirmation, first check with your bank/PayPal (sometimes there is internal processing time). If there’s still an issue, please contact us.

As required by EU law and for your convenience, we provide a model withdrawal form. You do not have to use this form, but you can. To use it, fill it out and send it back to us via email or mail.

6. Non-EU International Returns

Customers outside the EU (such as in the U.S.) may not have an automatic legal right to cancel for change of mind, but we extend a 14-day return period in alignment with our store policy. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return for refund or exchange (subject to the same conditions of product state as above). Note: Return shipping in such cases is at the customer’s expense unless the item was defective or misdescribed.

When returning items from outside the EU, please clearly mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges when arriving in our country. If customs fees are wrongly imposed on returns due to incorrect labeling, we may deduct those fees from your refund.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

We sincerely apologize if you received an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described. This is not common, and we want to fix it for you. If you encounter a problem with the product:

Contact us immediately (within reasonable time) at support@patriotsupply.shop with your order number and details of the issue. Providing photos of the damage/defect is very helpful and may be required for us to assess the situation.

You have rights under the law for faulty products (see Terms & Conditions, Warranty section). We will work with you to provide a remedy. Typically, we can offer you one of the following, at no cost to you:

A replacement item (if available and identical) shipped to you as soon as possible.

An alternative item of equal value as a substitute, if you agree.

A full refund of the purchase price and any shipping you paid, if you prefer or if we cannot replace the item.

We will also cover any return shipping needed for defective items. We may provide a pre-paid return label or other instructions. If the item is low value or not easily returnable, we may tell you that returning is not necessary and still issue the refund/replacement (for example, to avoid disproportionate shipping costs).

Please do not throw away the product or its packaging, as we might need it returned or examined for quality control or insurance purposes.

Our goal is to resolve such issues in a way that you are satisfied. Your statutory rights (such as the two-year conformity guarantee in the EU) are fully respected.

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from our PatriotSupply.shop online store. If you bought our products through a third-party retailer or marketplace, please consult that seller’s return policy (though you can always reach out to us for product issues and we will try to assist). This policy is subject to and does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer laws.

10. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Return and Refund Policy occasionally to clarify processes or reflect changes in the law or our business. The latest version will always be available on our website with the “last updated” date. Changes will not retroactively affect returns of purchases made before the change.
