These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the PatriotSupply.shop online shop and the sale of products to consumers. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of physical goods (e.g. t-shirts, hoodies, caps) made by consumers on the PatriotSupply.shop Shopify store. A “consumer” is any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession. These terms are tailored for B2C (business-to-consumer) transactions under Cyprus law and relevant EU consumer protection rules. They do not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

2. Vendor Information

The seller and contracting party is Shivarev Enterprises Limited, a company organized under the laws of Cyprus, with registered address at Mykinon 8, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus. 3. Conclusion of Contract

Product listings in our online shop are invitations to treat (non-binding offers). By clicking the “Order and Pay” (or similarly labeled) button at checkout, you place a binding order for the items in your cart. We will promptly confirm receipt of your order by email. This order confirmation is an acknowledgment of receipt and does not constitute acceptance of your offer yet. A purchase contract is only formed when we accept the order by sending a separate email confirming dispatch or by actually dispatching the products. We reserve the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (e.g. if an item is out of stock or if we suspect fraud).

Order Process: The steps to place an order are clearly indicated on our website (adding products to cart, entering shipping information, selecting payment, and final confirmation). You can identify and correct input errors at each step before finalizing the order. The contract languages offered is English. We do not file the text of the contract for your specific order individually, but you will receive the order details via email for your records. Our terms are made available in a durable medium (this web page) that you can save or print.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on our site are final prices for consumers. For EU customers, prices exlude VAT, and calculated at checkout at the applicable rate (Cyprus or EU destination country VAT). For customers outside the EU, prices are shown exclusive of VAT (no EU VAT charged), but you may be responsible for import taxes or duties upon delivery (see Section 6 and Shipping Policy). We clearly indicate whether prices include applicable taxes and standard delivery costs. Any additional charges (e.g., shipping fees) will be shown separately during checkout before you place your order. We strive to ensure pricing information is accurate; in case of an obvious pricing error, we will inform you and may cancel the order with a full refund.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, unless an alternative payment schedule is offered through specific payment methods. We offer the following payment options for your convenience:

Credit/Debit Card: Pay securely using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Your card will be charged at checkout (or upon shipment, depending on card issuer rules).

PayPal: If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal’s website to complete payment using your PayPal account balance or linked card/bank.

Klarna Pay Later / Installments: For customers in eligible European countries, we offer Klarna payment methods (pay-after-delivery and installment plans) in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB. See Section 11 below and our Klarna Payment Terms page for details.

All payments are processed using secure encryption. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full order amount. If your payment cannot be processed or is declined, we may not accept your order or may delay delivery until payment is resolved.

6. Shipping, Delivery and Fulfillment

We ship physical products to customers globally, with a focus on the EU and U.S. markets. Our Shipping Policy (see below) provides full details on shipping methods, costs, delivery times, and customs matters. Key points include:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is received. (Processing time is the time to prepare your order for shipment, separate from transit time.) We will notify you if there’s any delay in processing.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days for deliveries within Europe, 3-6 business days for the United States, and vary for other international destinations. These time frames are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to postal/carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Carriers: We use DHL, USPS, and other reputable carriers. You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can monitor the delivery status.

Shipping Address: We deliver to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure it is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect addresses; additional reshipment costs due to buyer error may be charged.

Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, we may ship items separately (at no extra cost to you) for faster service. You will receive tracking for each parcel if applicable.

7. International Orders and Customs

When ordering from outside of Cyprus (or the EU), please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges which are not included in our item prices or shipping fees. Any such customs fees are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount – customs policies vary widely by country. We advise you to check with your country’s customs office for information on possible fees. We also cannot be responsible for delays due to customs clearance. That said, for orders within the European Union, generally VAT is included and no additional import duties apply (since goods are shipped from within the EU). If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, we can refund the product price upon return but may deduct any return shipping or import costs incurred.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal (cooling-off) period is 14 days from the day you or a designated third party (other than the carrier) received the goods. To exercise this right, you must send us a clear declaration (e.g. an email to support@patriotsupply.shop) stating that you wish to return the product(s) under the 14-day withdrawal rule. You may (but are not required to) use the model withdrawal form provided in our Return Policy. Sending your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from the contract within the cooling-off period, we will refund all payments we received from you for the returned goods, including the standard delivery cost (if any) of shipping the goods to you. However, if you selected an expedited or premium delivery option, those additional shipping costs will not be refunded – only the cost of basic delivery is refunded, per EU rules. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we receive your return or proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever comes first. The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for the order, unless we expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

Return Shipment: You must send back or hand over the goods to us at the return address provided (see Return and Refund Policy section for the return address) within 14 days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have offered to cover those costs or the item is faulty (in case of defective or wrong items sent, we will cover return shipping). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns and to keep proof of return shipment. Until the goods reach us, you are responsible for their condition, so please pack them securely.

Condition of Returned Goods: You are allowed to inspect and try the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning – similar to what would be allowed in a physical store. You may be liable for any diminished value of the goods if they were handled beyond what is necessary to test them (e.g. if you use a garment and damage or stain it). We may deduct from your refund for any loss in value resulting from mishandling.

Exclusions: The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including (a) goods made to order or clearly personalized for you (e.g. custom-printed shirts with your name), (b) sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g. underwear, face masks, if applicable), (c) perishable items or those with a short expiration date, (d) digital content products once download/access has begun with your consent, and other exceptions provided by law. We will inform you at purchase if any item is non-returnable under these rules.

9. Warranty and Legal Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for consumers under EU law. This means that goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If an item is defective or not as advertised, you are entitled to a remedy. In Cyprus and the EU, consumers have a minimum two-year legal warranty on products. If a product you purchased from us develops a fault or lack of conformity within 2 years from delivery, please inform us. Depending on the situation, you have the right to request repair or replacement of the item, and if that’s impossible or disproportionate, you may ask for a price reduction or refund. This legal guarantee is provided by us in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or wear-and-tear. Commercial guarantees (warranties) that we may offer do not override or reduce your statutory rights. 10. Retention of Title

All products remain our property until full payment has been received. Ownership of the goods will transfer to you only when the purchase price and any applicable shipping charges are paid in full. In case of a permitted return, ownership transfers back to us upon our receipt of the merchandise and refund to you.

11. Klarna Payment Options

(This section applies to customers choosing Klarna payment methods.)

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following Klarna payment options at checkout for EU customers: Invoice (Pay Later) and Installment Financing. Payment is handled by Klarna, and you will pay to Klarna when using these options, not directly to us.

Pay Later (Invoice): Shop now, pay later. The invoice payment due date is 14 days from dispatch of the goods (or from contract conclusion for services). Klarna will send you an invoice with payment instructions via email. You must pay the invoice amount directly to Klarna by the due date. (For country-specific terms, e.g. Klarna’s invoice terms for Germany or Austria, see Klarna’s website links.)

Installments (Slice It): Spread the cost of your purchase into monthly installments. During checkout, Klarna will show you available financing plans (e.g. pay in 3 equal installments or a longer financing with interest). If approved, you’ll make monthly payments to Klarna as per the plan. The first installment may be due at purchase or after delivery, depending on the plan. Klarna will inform you of payment dates and will send monthly statements.

Eligibility and Credit Check: The availability of Klarna payment methods is subject to an assessment of your financial status. Klarna conducts a credit check for Invoice and Installment options to determine if you qualify. We may transmit your personal data to Klarna during checkout (such as contact details and order data) so that Klarna can assess your eligibility and tailor the payment options for you. Klarna’s decision is automatic and we have no influence over it. If the credit check is positive, the Klarna payment options will be available to you; otherwise, you will be offered alternative payment methods. Please understand that we can only offer Klarna methods that are permitted based on Klarna’s assessment.

Klarna’s Terms: When you choose a Klarna payment, you enter into a payment agreement with Klarna in addition to your sales contract with us. Payment is made to Klarna, and you must follow Klarna’s payment instructions and terms of use. For full details, see Klarna’s user terms for your country (e.g., Klarna Account Terms or Invoice Terms as applicable). We will provide a link during checkout or you can find them on Klarna’s official website (e.g., klarna.com).

Data Privacy with Klarna: Any personal data you provide at checkout in connection with a Klarna payment will be processed in accordance with Klarna’s Privacy Policy. Klarna will handle your data in line with data protection regulations. For example, if you select a Klarna option, we might pass your contact and order details to Klarna so they can process your payment and perform credit checks. You can find more information in Klarna’s privacy notice at https://www.klarna.com. Rest assured, Klarna will not use your data for any purpose other than the payment process and as described in their privacy policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct by us, and for injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight (ordinary) negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract, and only if we breach a material contractual obligation (i.e., an obligation that is essential for order fulfillment and that you could reasonably rely on). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses such as lost revenues or data, to the extent such exclusion is permitted by law. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including our liability under the Cyprus Consumer Protection Law or EU product liability laws. As a consumer, your statutory rights are not limited by this section. If you believe any product has caused damage, please contact us to resolve the issue amicably.

13. Privacy Protection

Your privacy is very important to us. We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see below) and applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, for U.S. customers, relevant U.S. laws (like the California Consumer Privacy Act for California residents). By using our website or placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read that policy to understand what data we collect and how we use it. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All transactions and agreements between you and Shivarev Enterprises Limited are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. However, if you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms affects those rights.

In the event of any dispute, we kindly ask you to contact us first at support@patriotsupply.shop so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. We are committed to addressing customer concerns. Jurisdiction: If legal proceedings are necessary, they shall be brought in the competent courts of Cyprus. Notwithstanding, as a consumer you may have the right to litigate in your home country’s courts under applicable consumer laws.

Alternative Dispute Resolution: At this time, we do not participate in any specific alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. (Note: The EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform was an online tool for dispute mediation, but it has been discontinued as of July 2025. Consumers can still seek out-of-court dispute resolution via national ADR entities or contact their local consumer protection authority.) We will of course comply with any obligation to engage in ADR if required by law in the future.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect new legal requirements or changes in our business operations. The current version is the one published on our website at the time of your order. Changes will not apply retroactively to orders that were placed before the updated Terms were posted. We will indicate the “last updated” date on the policy. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. By continuing to use the site or by ordering after we post any changes, you accept the updated Terms.
